1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ph6365 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your use of the ph6365 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). 6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigating fraudulent or criminal activity.

8. Dispute Resolution

ph6365 is committed to fair resolution of all player disputes. Our support team will investigate your complaint and provide a response within seven (7) business days for standard issues and fourteen (14) business days for complex matters requiring detailed investigation. If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team for further review.

All decisions made by ph6365 regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility are final and binding. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and gaming activity to facilitate dispute resolution. In the event of disputes between conflicting evidence sources, our server records take precedence.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ph6365 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Self-excluded accounts remain closed for the specified exclusion period regardless of player requests to reopen.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly administrative fees as specified in our fee schedule. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log into your account at least once annually or close your account if you no longer wish to use ph6365 services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph6365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game designs, is the exclusive property of ph6365 or our licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any ph6365 content without our express written permission.

The ph6365 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph6365 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of ph6365 services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation. Technical issues, server maintenance, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally disrupt service. We are not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, provided we have not acted with gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Amendments to Terms

ph6365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect recent modifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ph6365 services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of modified Terms. If you disagree with any amendments, your sole remedy is to close your account and discontinue using the Platform.

For significant changes materially affecting your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice via email or Platform notification. However, failure to receive such notice does not invalidate the effectiveness of modified Terms.
